A Lie, Is A Lie

Remember the game we used to play as children, you tell one person a story and when it gets to the last person, the story had changed. It was to teach us not to believe gossip because the true story gets lost in the telling.

There is also something that they needed to teach, when one person tells a lie to ten people and those ten tell ten, it is still a lie. No matter how many times it is told it is a lie, it will not and can not, ever become the truth. Because a lie is a lie, no matter how many times its told.

Take care, everyone :)

I remember that game! We still play it sometimes with teenagers to illustrate how gossip happens. lol It's pretty funny--the game--not the gossip.

((hugs)) Good to hear from you, sweet Friend!
