Okay, this is why this post was done. Darlene from Darlene's Hodgepodge posted she had a dream and I posted if she would tell me hers, I would tell her mine. She did and now here's mine.
Above is the main street of Colorado Springs, in the good old days looking at the mountains. In my dream I was standing in the middle of the street seeing what you see in the picture.
Coming towards me is my grandfather Penrose, only he is huge towering over the buildings. He is dressed in a white glowing robe
with a white glowing cowboy hat. He looks at me and tells me everything is going to be okay. I start walking in to the town and a river of blood stops me. The river turns into a red carpet and my grandfather laughs and says "I told you everything would be okay".
So, that's my dream.

OMG - that puts my dream off the map. That was some dream you had. Jung would have a field day with it.
Thanks for the photo of Pikes Peak the Antler's Hotel. I am going to enlarge it and save it.
Darlene, yeah my dreams are intense, thankfully I don't dream very often.
Glad you like the pic, I just found it 2 days ago and gasped when I saw it because it was in my dream.
Have a good one, kiddo :)
Wow!!!! I have to learn how to remember dreams.
Kay, it is so good to hear your voice again!
Welcome back, kiddo :)
Wow. What an interesting dream. Over the years, I've learned some dreams can be very significant. Blessings over you and your wounded heart, dear one.
Beth, thank you. yrs I believe that some dreams have meaning and this one does.
Darlene made the comment that I am facing the Antler's hotel, I never thought about that, I saw the mountains. So, i started looking into the Antler's and I found some intersting things.
My heart is healing, slowly. But, I am understanding and learning more of my parents positions and why they ended up doing some of the things they did.
More and more I am seeing that there are no accidents in life. Things do happen for a reason :)
Sometimes there are explanations for why people do the things they do. Yet there are no excuses. However, it helps to understand why. ((hugs)) And things do happen for a reason. There are some things I know I won't understand until I get to heaven.
Beth, I agree with you :)
